I don't think today could have gone any better! Finally got my ski back together, and went to the lake and was prepared to do tons of tuning. Fired it up in the water on the trailer, got the cooling working the way I wanted. And then I nailed the throttle and it was spot on! I barely had to touch the screws. I turned in the screws(was at 2 turns, then went to 1.5 on both), and it ran great on the trailer.
Put the hood on, took it out , and it ran perfect! And wow, porting makes a huge difference.
I'm just so happy that there were no loose bolts, exhaust leaks, or anything that needed to be fixed. But hey, I took my time and did it right and it paid off
