Tools Cool To Have But Don't Need...

Bought this spark plug tester a couple weeks back to test the suspect spark plug from my ski… really worked good when I recorded a video in slow motion… you can still hear it some @ regular speed..

If you tap the little bubble it might go to video that way.. otherwise its not playing yet

Cordless air inflator. So nice to not lug the pancake compressor around the car and hear the huge noise to pump it up. One of my favorite cordless tools. Has a light, reads air pressure before pumping and has all the attachments to pump up buoys to car tires.

I picked up the Milwaukee M12 Cordless Inflator about a month before they released the M18 version.
I have used it several times now. It's real handy and fits under the back seat of the truck but it's slow to pump up anything with any real volume.

I also picked up the Milwaukee M12 Cut-off tool which I believe falls in this category. I looked at it for a couple years before finally picking one up. I don't think it will get much use but when you do need it, you'll be damn thankful to have it.

It didn't work for chit for the job that I bought it for but it's working great cutting porcelain tile at the new house so I guess it worked out.

I've been contemplating an inflator and one of those cutoff tools for longer than I care to admit.

Recently I ran across some cool conversions for those cutoffs to turn them into belt sanders. I've used then hell out of my regular pneumatic belt sander over the years on ski mods & repairs. Seems like a cordless battery powered one would be nice.

I forgot about the finger belt sander. I bought the corded version and it’s been awesome.

It’s bulky though so I need to look into the cordless version.

I picked this up from my local flea market last Sunday for an Aussie dollar (US 68 cents). The current model retails for about $60/US$41.

I’m trying to figure out what takes a 10mm hex drive on any of my ski’s. Maybe the pump mount bolts on the X2? Anyhoo, cool tool (to me).

I bought one of these at Harbor freight, I used to melt solder into a connector and shove the wire into, this crimper works really nice and it cuts down on cable end replacement by a lot. I also use it to crimp on msd spark plug terminals.
