We've had a mild winter. This is the first week of any negative weather, and I can see March on my Calendar. 40 Degrees in March is shorts weather.

Busy working on projects for spring and summer.

We are in single digits currently, with it feeling like negatives. I’ve gotten my ski out in March when it’s still in the 30’s.

bunch of snow flakes in TEXAS!

I have come to terms that the Midwest is the best place for climate change and rising sea levels. We'll still be drinking beer watching da packers in -10 when New York is underwater and the south is figuring out how to deal with snow.

It was hard to decide if I wanted to ride my CBR600F4i or CBR1000RR to work today with only a jacket and no under gear for warmth. Oh February. :D

That 900 still holds up as a sexy bike!
I remember drooling over the RC51 before I learned it was a vtwin. So glad I didn't get one haha.

Have you ridden one? Don’t knock it till you’ve tried it, v twin might make a little less power but I’m pretty sure it makes a couple more smiles with that torque.

The Fireblade! I had a 929r. I lived and learned to ride on a canyon road and would have to replace my shoes and tires around the same time do to them rubbing on the pavement. One time there is a bmw looking bike behind me while doing around 70-80 in the turns and its keeping up! So I up to 90 then 100 then a long uphill straight is coming up so I go full throttle and hit 160 and the bike that was behind me blows by me like I am holding still! Worse part the guy has his wife on the back! It was a Hayabusa.. I later caught up to him and he told me his top speed on it is 220..

Its not the power, its the sound and overall visceral appeal of them. I really hate what sounds like un timed firing pulses that a vtwin gives.
My dream bike that's actually attainable right now is the RSV4. V4 engine. Problem is, it sounds more like a vtwin then an inline 4, and I just can't do it. I need the high pitch, spine tingling scream.
But to answer your q, no I have not. I have ridden a Moto guzzi V7 racer, a ducati 1098, a 900SS, and a 989 panigale along with several different harleys and victories though.

What do you build with that wood? Just curious.. :)
Tabletops, or similar, or sell it for others to do the same. I’ve actually only had this underway for about 2 years. I’ve got a woods full of big oaks that will eventually die anyway (oak wilt and gypsy moths bad in this area), so I’m trying to capture the wood for use before it just goes to waste. I have 36” diam trees that I need to get after soon, so I started with smaller ones for practice. Typically I target 2” cut thickness, which will yields anywhere from 1.25”-1.5” finished thickness, depending on shrink, warp, etc. Here’s a bigger pile from last summer:
