Wow, no more mess to clean up every day, what will I do with a clean shop? Tiff will be happy to see she was not forgotten in your build, surprised, but happy. I thank her as well, for putting up with this jetski addiction I have.:flowers1: It's funny how Bill is doing almost all of the work,ok 99.9%, and still takes time out to thank me, my wife did deserve her thanks. He is a good friend to have, and not too bad at building skis either. Now that I think about it, he might just be working for the hotdogs. :beerchug:

Started on my bigbore today thanks to Yamacrazed's brother in law he bored my casting out and we decked the bottom of the cylinder to get my port timing a little better
89.5 eshaust opens
122.5 transfers open
185 ex duration
119 transfer duration
also gonna play around with machining the top of the pistons flat to get a similar effect as a kawi
e flatop piston.

Sweet job bro, Chuck at Team Scream talked about cutting the bottom of the cylinder to get the port timing right, sounds like you are on the right track. How was getting the old sleeves out? Still undecided on my engine, been talking to Tim and Riva about the flat tops, having problems getting the right sleeve. Well better luck yours, keep on posting.:brap:

You get your sleeves in yet? I just did mine today and it was easier than I thought. Ski looks good, we have to get together and ride sometime.
