Super Jet Torque setting on a superjet motor mount.

So a buddy of mine destroyed all 4 of his motor mounts this weekend. I about to put everything back together but wandering what the torque should be on the bolt from the mount to the hull. I know the thing needs to be tight but don't want to strip the mount in the hull out.

I downloaded an online manual for a superjet and fx-1 and it says 11ft lbs. also says to use blue lock tight.
