TPE customer service

im going on a few weeks with my new rickter/TPE. Being a perfctionist with self diagnosed ADD/OCD... I'm trying to make sure I'm dialed in perfectly. Being a noooby this is difficult! I spoke with Erik at TPE, he spent probably 45 minuted explaining and answering my questions in a way that I could grasp. He has also put me in touch with a local TPE guy (Todd) who is going to help me out. I'm in CT and the ski was built in FL. I was always concerned of having someone who knew what they were doing up her. Both of them going out of their way to make sure the ski runs to its capability . When I thanked Erik, he reminded me its one thier engines and the least they could do was support me. In today's world customer service and help after a sale is almost nonexistent! It was refreshing and made me feel even better going in the TPE direction. So, anyone considering them, do not hesitate! The motor has insane power and seems like I'm just on the cusp of what it's capable of. Just my .02 if you're on the fence or considering TPE.

Yes, i have the same experience with Erik and the TPE team. They really take care of you and make an effort to get their product perfected with their customer and in the end make the customer love the product. Some companies could learn a lot from this!

Nice to hear something like this. I used to watching companies on here bash their potential customers and tell people they don't need to have a phone number because email works fine.
 
Eric goes the extra mile to ensure his product is running properly, even if you didn't purchase from him. now that is an excellent business strategy he's going places.
 
So..... As a follow-up, I met with Todd today. Just unbelievable with the knowledge and williingness to help. Took time out of his day to ride and tune my ski. Could not be happier, finally that feeling of not being sure if I'm tuned properly is gone(I've had it for a month). That he's about 30 minutes away is even better. He pointed out a few misc. things I need, nothing major. Bought a jet lift from him, so if you're looking he's the guy for that too. He dilated me in to where I feel a significant difference. Probably going to upgrade some parts, so keep an eye out. TPE is awesome now product and support, I'm sure in the near future they will dominate the industry!! In my book they do now.
