I want to share my expiriece Erik, in full disclosure there are 4 tpe motors in our group that were all bought new and they all run very good. Well a 5th 964 was bought used, and has had a very nasty vibration (unknown at time of purchase) since it was bought at the end of last season. Since then it has had a new crank, top end and a hand full of other parts tried, all with no seccuess. I have spent hours on the phone at this point with Erik trying to get it right and he has been great, as helpful as you could imagine, all this on an engine that he sold to someone that got creative with with a Bridgeport. We have finally identified the issue and the fix is in the works. Again all the issue was caused by the previous owner of this motor and Erik went far above and beyond to fix it. It's says a lot about how he wants his product to be functioning properly.

I had a similar experience. Bought a motor secondhand. Needed tuning specs and information for my setup and he spent tons of time on the phone (after 5 pm, on weekends) with me answering questions. My next motor will absolutely be an 1105 from him. Awesome service!
