ok I want to buy a superjet, but I already have 2 seadoos, and would like to get all 3 to the lake. I think there is a way to add some bunks up in front and put the ski across the front or diagonal maybe. I will post pics of the trailer later tonight. Has anyone done this? Or have a how to maybe? What ways do you guys get your skis to the lake, if you have other watercraft?

I also thought, well it will most likley fit in the back of my jeep, but then If I am by myself I doubt I can lift it in and out alone.

any ideas?

pm royal flush. he has a rack that plugs into his hitch and goes across the back of his truck that he puts his boat on. all you would need is a received on that rack to plug your trailer hitch into and you are good to go....

although you might need to put heavier duty springs in the back of the jeep

Slide the bunks out so the skis sit out above the finders. You might have to weld some tubing to thefame to get the one bunk ouside the frame. Here is a pic of our stup. two standups and one gtx 4-tec. the gas cans have been moved into the container they are sitting on, so we cal haul a total of 8 5 gallon cans. Wow the truck needs to be washed really bad in that pic.

Now that would be an interesting set up. does he have a trailer attached to his aswell?

My trailer can handle the weight. its a shorelander, the heavy duty one. I have and rxp and xp no it. the rxp is doublt the weight of the xp, 800 vs 400 so I could add the 290 SJ and not have to worry. ITs just gettin it on there safley.

This is how we ran our trailer for the Galveston ride, we just made longer front bunks for the front ski and strapped or bolted them to the trailer.
You would still need a loader, or back your trailer deep in the water.

Good luck !

thats what I would like to do, but I got an RXP and a 94 XP on there so it would have to go diagonal... I need to post up pics.

not sure..... your trailer can handle the weight but will the jeep be able to hold the extra tongue weight?

That looks perfect. Just look on the Label on the trailer and see what it is rated for. Total up the ski's and trailer and as long as you're under that weight you're fine.

Nice Trailer! My suggestion would be to move the winches for the runabouts back just a little so you won't get too much tongue weight when put the third ski on.

Thats what I was thinking too! Might have to cut down that board in the middle. Only thing that stinks is that its a pita to move that RXP!! so damn heavy! The 94 is easy to take on and off!

What kind of materials you think I would need to secure everything besides the bunks obiously.
