I thought about doing something like that on my trailer, but ended up just putting a ladder rack in the pick up bed for the paddle boards. That way I dont have to pull the ski trailer if the Wife and I just want to hit the lake on the boards.

It looks like a Zieman trailer, but I bet the rack supports were custom made.
