I fired it off for the first time earlier tonight! Buuut couldnt get the water flowing through the cooling lines, nothing out the pisser. Any Ideas?

Where is the freeze plug? Which fitting? I see 2 on my pump, a hole about the size of a quarter. The other hole is the one with the nipple on it for a 3/8 cooling hose.

Im not exactly sure how the cooling should be setup. Im trying to set it up for single cooling, but i have this bpipe with a stinger, head pipe with 2 fittings top and bottom, one fitting in the ADA head, then out the pisser. I just dont know how i need to run the cooling lines for this setup.

Okay so i set it up like this diagram, the only difference is i have only one hose coming from the pump to the bottom of the manifold....will this matter?

Nope. Just run the thru hull fitting to the bottom of exhaust mani. My fx1 has this same set up above. I have to run a T fitting to split my single line coming from pump

Okay so fixed the cooling problem, the used pump i bought had been plugged for some reason. But now i cant get it to start. It was ridin fine for 10 mins or so then i lost all my power. The motor would rev when i gave it gas, but it would not move faster. So i turned it off and went to turn it back on and now all im gettin is the click out of the ebox nothin else. Any ideas?

That was the first thing i checked, but it was wierd, the motor was louder (reving) or when i gave it throttle but it wasnt producing any power.

open up the ebox, and jump the small leads on the selenoid, if it turns over, you have a starter switch problem, or bad connection. if it doesn't turn over, then jump the larger terminals, if it turns over, you have a bad selenoid. if it sparks but doesn't turn over, you have a starter problem. this is all assuming you have a good battery.
