Trinity Composites Sj hull

No he will not!
Damn you.

Easy there, no reason for such anger.......he will be making a RN hood, or I will be :buttkick: to him. He had a beautiful hood design for a RN and was planning to use it on both skis but it just wasn't working out, so he started hacking away at it to make it fit his hull. He promised me he can reproduce the RN hood once this project if finished. If he doesn't......:twak::skull2:

Why wine about a chicken shiat hood when you can have the whole enchilada? The RN's will become a thing of the past soon anyways after this hull is released...

For some people it won't matter how good something is.... it all comes down to price.

I can afford a hood, a hull I can not. Just like building up a motor, it has taken me 3 years of progressive building to get where I am.

I was excited for a superjet hull kit tho, if it was around 3k like the kawi kits I think a lot of people could go that route.

Im sure what ever he is making will be great!

Your right bro.. Though I know Bobby plans on making several different options, kits included, so if you wanted to build up your own, the cost would be greatly reduced.

Hell I bet he would even make a hood to fit the RN's it just wouldn't be affiliated with this hull design..:brap:

most standup riders are rec riders and do not need a full pro level competition boat..roundies will decrease in value, but will never become a thing of the past

another point to consider here is assembly...yeah, you might be able to buy a hull for several hundred cheaper...but not everyone will have the skill and/or tools to put something like this together properly

when an aftermarket company comes out with a great ski for the price of a SJ it will become a thing of the past.

I don't see how that is possible, considering the materials themselves are so far superior, as well as the craftsmanship involved. Like the old saying goes.. You get what you pay for.. The manufacturers will likely never produce a pure freestyle ski, and that in my opinion is the rub.

thats my point.

hey, yamaha flirted with the fx1 for a while. It's not out of the realm of possibility they use one of these AM hull designs or a hull inspired by one of them.

The first Pro version sold for $8,000.00 complete. I want to offer the XF for $6,400.00 and the ES for $5000.00 complete. The ski is smaller than the sxr so there is less material. All the materials and laminate schedules are the same as the proven sxr hulls.
