Other (Truck) Ski launch system with boat attached

Twinturbostang I did not know you could do the trailer tow with your unit.
Many customers do. We don't sell it that way because most vehicles can't take the weight.
You won't find a stronger hauler on the market, it would rip the hitch off your car before anything happened to our hauler.

I carry my stand up in the bed of my truck on what is basicly rectangular frame made of 3" PVC. I've been using a hand winch for loading and unloading. I don't have the PVC attached to the truck or the ski in any way. The PVC moves with the ski and acts as a ramp when loading/unloading. I load the ski backwards. The ride plate catches on one of the cross pieces of the PVC frame and drags it up with the ski when loading. (Winch is hooked to ski only.) When unloading, the PVC slides out with the ski. I have a couch I sometimes pull behind it and when unloading I just back in so the trailer goes of to one side. Then I slide the PVC ramp over to the other side for loading/unloading. Works great, but it would be nice if I had something to keep the ramp from sliding back toward the middle when I have a trailer.

I built this exact system and could launch easily with the boat trailer attached (Just angle it down the ram a little after launching the boat.

Worked great, and no modifications to the trailer needed!

Hey, that top one is me!

I towed my boat and ski alot with that setup. But you had to take the trailer off, once the boat is off, drove away, dumped the trailer off, dimpled the ski and it was good!

holy :):):):) $500!?!?!?!?
ours is twice as strong and half the price! And yes if you want you can dril a hole for a pin put in a htch and pull a trailer behind the Rad Dudes Hauler.

I think I'm going to go this route, probably make one but just a little bit shorter for strength.

Before I was thinking about a bed launch system I wanted to make a bunk on the front of the boat trailer but I was worried about making sharp turns and the ski running into the bumper/bed/tail lights on the truck. So then I was thinking about making an extended tongue for the boat trailer since the tongue comes off of the trailer... but I didnt want to comprise the original design of the trailer by messing with the length of the tongue. Didn't know how that would effect trailering or the ride of the trailer at 75 mph.

This seems like the best option since the ski wouldn't be turning with the trailer... plus then I can load a quad and a dirt bike in the bed (03 Z71) for those trips to the cabin... Most likely going to install a set of airbags on the axle to help with the weight.

I would just buy the Rad Dudes one and cut it down a little, but shipping would kill me from CT to MI
If I was local I would save myself the time / trouble and just pick one up
