Tupelo Race - Who is coming, and if you are competing

So, why arent you coming!!!!!!!!!!!

one big reason $$$$ and also need a break to tune on the ski's some. We will be in Orange Beach though. We have spent to much money the past month Rochester, Harbor Beach, Celina & a top end rebuild is about to stretchs "Dad's Credit Card" to the limit.

I heard it was a very tight course . Also that Boobers HS was really fast . Anybody got results ?

It is a really tight course- you have to go under the dock to get to the starting line or watch out for race traffic while going around it. If you look at this map, the pits are to the right of the dock, and the starting line is to the left. Also, the course laps around the island.

I only saw the ski races yesterday, but the HS I saw was crazy fast. Speaking of crazy fast, there was a blown 15f there that was insane.

To me the best racing/freestyle was on Saturday. Seemed everyone was fresh and ready and not hammered form the night before. Alot of good times. Even if its a smaller event, its by far one of my favorite places to compete/ride at. Deep water and close to shore/dock.

Sunday Freestyle Results

Michael "Radrat" Ratti 1st.
Jeff Lutker 2nd
Jessie "Wasteland" Martin 3rd.
Jimmy "Jawbreaker" Sweeny 4th.

Congrats to the Alabama boys representing! We're proud of you. I was bummed I couldn't make it - freakin hay had to arrive this weekend after waiting for weeks. I would much rather have been lakeside cheering for my buddies than stacking hay in the hayloft on one of the hottest days this year....

I told Suzi she owes me big time for this....

Next weekend will be my first weekend riding since I busted up my shoulder at the start of June and I can't wait! Before I ride, I have to install:

Lightened flywheel (LPW)
Bored nozzle (LPW)
Wammer hood and nose piece
XMW hood hooks and latch

Then I'm gonna let rip :bigok: I'll let you know if I'm in the mood for a road trip.
