Well tonight i'm turfing the sides on my ski. I'm so messed up in the head from the contact cement, and the ******** is pretty tough to get on the ski correctly. Do most of you guys lay the turf over the whole side of the ski like ketsair did, then cut a slice in the middle of the foothold and fold it in from there? This is what I'm going to try next, and if that doesn't work I'm ******** out of luck.

You must use a heat gun and warm it up, it will go anywhere then within reason.

good deal man... when you think about it- its just turf... you want it to look pretty good, but like you said.... you wont be trying to win any shows with it- so functionally you are set... and if it looks pretty good to you--> then to people more than 10' away from your ski it will look great!

i had cut mine out from one of my old HT sides and just made everything a lil larger to trim up but i had made a little notch and then just cut or folded as needed around that corner...the holds i cut that turf out and stuffed a square block of turf in them and wrapped those over the sides

haha enjoy. Mine turned into a two day job. I didn't want to start the other side at 2am, when I had to be at work in 7 hours.
