turf question

So I'm looking into turf and I saw the turf kit that Wamiltons sells for the cyclone footholds. Is this an easier way to go, or is buying the sheets themselves easier?

I prefer to cut them myself out of sheets. Cheaper also.

Having the sheet and the underpad is nice but I did call HT and just bought the side pieces separately from that cyclone kit to kill the shaping/bending guesswork and trimmed them to my footholds.

Great. All the other pieces can be easily cut to fit. Its just those guwale sides are tricky especially with one piece. Just take your time with those. I bought the kit once but felt it was a bit pricey. I also dont like the hydro turf white cut-out logo that comes with the kit. it always seperates and ends up looking shoddy.

best to use the sides and wrap inside, I have never liked putting seams in the turf like wammer does.

ive done it once with wamm, it turned out pretty good, do you have any hints then doing it just with the sheets?
