Super Jet Turn cable question

I have a 2012 superjet, i currently am running the cold fusion quick steer system on it and ive obviously had turn cable issues because im running the stock 2012 cable.

this winter im planning on shortening my pole a few inches due to my size and comfortability riding, but i was wondering what turn cable everyone reccomends i
get and where i can buy it? Also the throttle cable should be fine right?

You may have to rerout the throttle cable at a different angle for it to operate smoothly. Why not use the stock steering cable?

I hope you're not thinking you have to get a new cable because you are making the pole shorter, because the pole and cable length are not related.
So just keep the cable you are using.

Or, use a stock SJ from years 96-07 and the steering cable for those years to get better steering throw.

A 1990-2007 cable would give you more throw, but your pole will not be able to work with that cable.
There are modifications you can do to the pole to accept the cable, but I am unsure of what that requires.
Your other option is to use an aftermarket pole or a 1996-2007 stock pole. Keep in mind that the 2008 and up pole is already 2 inches shorter than the older pole.

Use the Shmity cable and bracket. I just had it installed on my 011 a couple of weeks ago and combined with the cold fusion turn plate, the ski turns great.
It's the same length as the 96-07 cable so it gives you the same throw. And uses the OEM bushings so you can re-use yours. Some people say it doesn't last long, but the bracket that comes with the kit is the most important part.
So if you are good at machining and schit make your own bracket and get an old style cable.

I know it's too late but you could of done a riva or pro tec steering nozzle. They have the extra spots on them so it give your quicker steering. Those nozzles will 08+ superjets. If you do the nozzle with the turn plate you will have super fast steering. I'm running a nozzle with a turn plate on my 2008 and I love it.
