Twin Mikuni 38 on a Superjet

I am working on a a stock Superjet and I notice there is no high and low speed screws on the Mikuni twin 38 WTF ,

If those are stock carbs, the screws are hidden under brass plugs. You have to drill and remove the plugs to get access.

I have to drill,I will need to get some screws, the screws are not under the plug
