My watcon guage started giving me issues after about a year. The pressure release button started leaking. Its a really nice pump though

I stopped selling my earlier pump because of the leaky release button.. I never used the release button, I just bleed the pressure off slowly when removing the gauge. My new one is better, but you can make your own also.. I don't add a glycerin gauge, as that raises the purchase price too much, but they are a great addition. I use WD-40 or gasoline when checking PO pressures, as the needle & seat must be wet to show accurate pressures.

Laughing Hysterically knowing I have had one of these Shock pumps for about 8 years!!!!!!!!!!!!


And never knew you could use that for a pop off guage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

old thread, but just made one of these. 20 bucks on ebay for pump, and mcmastered the glycerine filled 0-60 gauge. works awsome! thanks
