UMI steering rebuild how to?

I've been through all the FAQs. I'm looking for a write up or video on how to rebuild UMI steering. The bearings are stuck in there pretty good. I'm sure there's a trick on how to get them out. Once they're out I can press the new ones into place. Any advise would be appreciated.

I had to take my shaft to a machine shop to get them to cut off the inner bearing race it was corroded on so bad.. the bearings should come out pretty easily with a bearing driver.

heat up the alloy cup a bit and the bearing should be able to wiggle out.the needle bearing you can pick at with a small screwdriver and get the race out easily.
