so I was able to pick these couches and trailer for 700 bucks couple wkends ago. Of course one is a kawi 750 that will b swapped into either my 440 or 550. Also am goin to do a rhass pump conversion and hopefully with everyone’s help do a trim system also. Was unable to get a compression test done due to it being single digits in my area. Guy had put them away running so hoping for the best. At least for the 750. The Polaris I cud give to craps about. If I get it running awesome. Wife will have something to ride. And now have a double trailer!! Really excited to get going on this buy for the mean time I’ve been a carpenter latey doin remodel jobs in r house but as soon as I’m done it’s game on. Anything out of the ordinary for a 750 swap. I’ve done 650 swap before. Is it as straight forward as the 650 swap or does it come with its struggles??

Nothing too tough about it with the right conversion parts. I too used the Rhaas pump and engine conversion with zero issues. The only challenge that took a few attempts for me was mounting the sitdown ebox(which, is the preferred box to use actually). There are a number of ways to do it, but what I had done was removed the 550 ebox and mounted a small piece of composite decking (2x6) drilled holes lining up with the mounting screws for the 550 ebox and then simply used wood screws to fasten the 750 ebox the composite board. Mine sits close to the driveshaft because of the cowling of the hood, but it works well.
