how much of do you have? i would like to do a top deck on this sn. hate to pull it all apart . it runs so good and i am happy with it over all. mite just patch it up (i sealed it up and am riding it like that for now) mite make a mold to make repair noses . i have another sn hull i was thinking of doing a top deck too. the nose on that one is good but not sure how much of it i will be able to salvage.

Couple of pics. Things are taking longer than expected but im getting stuff done. Those pieces for the back of the ski are made out of plexy glass. Im going to glass them in inside and out.

Did you just fill the nose with 2 part foam?

Yep, I blockd it up from the inside with cardboard then stood the ski up and put foam in it

OMG you cut the whole back half of the top deck and the top of the bulkhead out!

Yep yep on the back of the ski. I just cut the corners of the bulk head out. There is still the center left. I had to to get the lines I wanted

I put it on a digital scale today and it came out to 260lbs - x-metal water box, 550 gas tank, ride plat, pads and paint so im thinkin final weight will be around 270ish

wow...rise from the dead. The abortion, thing sucked to ride. I dont like flat decked cause i had to ride in the straps and the nose sucked! Live and learn. It came out nice looking thou. I have some pics on my old phone i'll try and post. The fixed steering part came out good. It was like a fixed steering handle pole that had a strap attached to it that hooked up to a brap strap. didnt have to mod a hood

What about the nose did you not like? Too short? I'm chopping a square up right now, and I'm thinking of modifying the nose.
