I was lucky enough to get mine out but needless to say I have a new set on the way. The Allen heads striped but I heated them up and removed them with vice grips

Done that before. Antiseize is your friend. One of mine came right out, the middle took a little heat.

and your ski was completely gutted, so now any repair really won't seem that daunting.
