I am stuck in an impossible loop of UPS customer support to try and file a claim on a package that was damaged during shipment and some of the parts were lost in transit. I am unable to file the claim on the website, it just gives me an error and have spoken to 7 customer service people, none of which have gotten me any closer to getting this resolved. Does anyone have any insight or tips to get this escalated to someone competent?
 
Welcome to the UPS scam. I know multiple people that had lost or damaged packages and say the same thing your saying. After awhile they will tell you that you took too long and there’s nothing they can do. Pretty crazy.
 
For missing packages if they got lost after reaching a hub if it is near you can go into hub they are more helpful in there i don't know if it will help but I had a motor get lost at hub for about a month and after dealing with their customer service number just went in and they found it in 10 min

I have personally spoken to a Purolator driver that said if he sees fragile on a box he'll intentionally toss it around. Says he doesn't care, they can't fire him unless they want to pay out over 30 years of severance. Really horrible attitude.
