UPS tries their best to fix the problem, but sometimes things happen. I was supposed to receive a package and I found the box a week later town open and laying on the sidewalk a few blocks down.

UPS SUCKS
They always hammer us with cross boarder purchases. Not sure why but it always costs much more to receive a packaged shipped UPS then USPS.
eff ups.
Oh ya. Then there was that time they dropped my VR4 engine block and smashed it in half. Then they charged me extra so I could get the peices back.

The reason you get hammered by UPS crossing the boarder is because they follow the law and charge the appropriate duties. Then they also charge a brokerage fee.

Ordered tires for my landscape trailer. Expected them on XYZ day, but end up getting a package for a house down the road (#9). Im #19. The dumba$$ driver left my tires down the road.

Rule number one, get to know your UPS and FedEx drivers. Hook them up with swag or whatever. That way they look after you. I have had the same UPS driver for years and he will hide my packages behind my workshop. Not because of theft but so the wife don't see what i get.... Not so much with FedEx. They seem to have a high turnover.

They all suck honestly, usps isnt any better. For example, we just moved and my wife drove to the old house the other night to check the mail, she hands it to me and im thinking damn thats alot of mail. It was some of ours but all of the neighbors mail from a few houses down. Apparently the black fata$$ woman was too lazy to go back and put it in their box herself, so she just dumped it all in ours. Just another typical fat lazy a$$ that cant do their job right.
