As much as I hate to do this here, at this point I feel I have/need to. The transaction just got way to ridiculous over a 3 MONTH period for a silly 26" knurled piece of aluminum tubing...
On 4/30/2013 I messaged this guy Bill, XH2O user L.T.D about getting a set of 26" knurled straight bars along with a shipping quote. He messaged back the same day and said he has to check on shipping but he cant see more than $20. I say cool and to let me know and I'll paypal right away. A week goes by and i don't hear anything.
Then hes says in a PM on 5/06: "Hey troy I knurled your bars over the weekend they are ready to ship I just gotta figure out shipping". Once again I say thats great, let me know how much total and Paypal addy...
Another 2 weeks go by and he messages on 5/20 saying:
"Hey troy If you still want the bars just send me 20$, I never figured out the shipping but I'm going to ship some stuff tomorrow. Let me know your address." Once again I say thats cool, let me know paypal addy. He Instantly messages back his Paypal address and says: "i have them in my truck ready to ship tomorrow at lunch, thanks bill".
Another 18 days go by and I had not received the bars yet, so I PM on 6/08: "Hey Bill, never received a knurled 26" bar. Paypaled you on 5/20. Did you ship yet? Thanks, Troy
Same day he replies back: "I'm pretty sure it shipped. I will check with my wife. If it didn't I will get it on its way Monday sorry". I message back: "ok, thx, please just let me know. i haven't received anything.."
Another week later I hear nothing back and receive nothing. I PM on 6/18: "Hi Bill,
Another week later and still nothing. Paid on 5/20. Please ship me a 26" knurled bar or refund me(i guess, really would like the bar though). Please let me know. Thanks, Troy"
AND YET ANOTHER 12 DAYS go by and nothing. On 6/30 I PM: "Hi Bill, I have not received a bar yet. Paypal paid you on 5/21. Please ship me a 26" knurled bar or refund me. Please let me know. I do not want to go public xh2o with this, please respond! This is getting way to ridiculous.

That leads to today, 8/06: I have no bar, and he doesn't reply back now. This is just the stupidest transaction I've ever had and a big waste of my time.
BILL, refund me my $20 or send the bars with tracking!
