Very slow crank when spark plug is fitted

Looks interesting... Is it possible to follow the cables in the Kawa unit and see if they are attached to the positive side, negative and so on. Since I only know how my cables are connected.

I reached out and sent an email to Jetboard and have been in contact with the owner/inventor himself. We have played phone tag for over two weeks and have yet to speak but we have exchanged several emails.

He is not able to sell individual parts but he did send me a list of 2 available parts packages that are available. The more expensive of the two includes the relay pack and an assortment of other parts that he feels are good to have on hand because they are known for having a high failure rate.

The list is actually fairly extensive so it might make sense if you have an older board that needs lots of work but if all you need is a new relay, it's a pretty chitty way of supporting your customers.

I say we keep on track with our current plan. Apparently there could be a market for these since the company isn't doing anything about it.

The cost of the kits are $1120 and $1995.

Hello ocd, I wrote you an email aswell. A huge thanks for all your help for starters!
I am on the same track as you here... I feel that there are a couple of components that is really good... Air seal, ecu and relay box. However it is hard to justify a price of 2000 for 3 components when the rest is pretty easy to buy anywhere pretty cheap.

I also feel like you regarding the relay box... Don't think it's a good construction, bound to fail sooner than later of heat.

Perhaps the ultra 150 would be a better route or what do you think?

Hi I recently bought 1 x Powerski 300, I followed all the run in info in the manual, I also come from a superjet background, + - 8 years riding, so this seems like the next progression. I am very happy with thisski, up to tbepoint where it died on me last weekend, it hasonly been ridden+- 10 times 15 to 20 minutes max each ride, I started het up and went out slowly, dome a few carve turns then she just died, long story short, no spark at all, mine looks exactly like yours in the pic, same relay pot and batt cables.
I have checked all the commons
batt conections
new battery
fuse
plug in connections
handle electric connections
and and and
apparently the cdi sits in the engine, removed the cover, can see the coil, but the whole thing is covered with the pot epoxy
no dealers in South Africa,
Any advise or help.
Regards Jon
