VForce 3 Stuffers

I am trying to install a VF3 kit on my Superjet 701 that has minor modifications (MSD, high flow filters, R&D exhaust sleeve, VF3).
I have a doubt about which of the Stuffers that the Kit brings to install, or not to install any of them, since I see that there is a step that could hinder the flow of gases.
Can anyone give me an opinion on which stuffer to install or the option not to install any of them, what improvement would I get in each case?
