Went to Mulberry Gap last weekend. Lots of climbing but I've yet to ride anywhere else that has such long, sweet, single track downhills. I highly recommend it if you're within a few hours. I rode bear creek, pinhoti 1, and pinhoti 2 on the first day. All 3 have some pretty epic downhills. Bear creek has some double track with jumps but the majority is tight single track.
