Vxr Pro Motor Mount

hey i got a 93 yamha vxr pro a little while ago. rebuilt the engine and when i went to put it mount it up, i noticed that the bolts that hold the cradel to the mounts seem to be alot smaller than the mounting hole in the cradel. does any one know if there is some kind of spacer or something that i need or is there really soppoes to be that much play between the bolts and the cradel mounts.

thanks for the responce but that doesnt answer my question really. is there some kind of bushing or somehting that goes inside the cradel mount holes to make the bolts fit snug.

ok so i just crank down the bolts and it will hold? this is my first yamaha. im use to working on my kawi 750. couple little differences that i have to get use to. thanks for the help tho.

Yes, and you should have some squared U-shaped shims that you mix and match under the cradle to level out and line up the couplers so that they are very close to perfectly even before you torque the bolts. I think the manual says to use stainless pipe thread compound on the bolts, but I don't have it with me right now.
