Oh come on dude. I told you consider it sold. We talked on the phone. We picked a time. 8:00 on Tuesday and you gave me a city to meet you in. We agreed on a price. In fact you gave ME the price. Hell, you offered to meet me without me even asking. If you wanted money down to hold it you should have asked. Whatever. I get it, you wanted that extra $250. Just don't make it sound like it's something it wasn't. If you would have said "first come first serve" or "I can't hold it" that's fine. I'm not salty because I missed out. I'm mad because I already went to the bank and stuff because you gave a price, and I accepted, and we choose a time/day/location to meet.
