wamiltons vs eme

Location
sweden
Hi there I am going to buy a new ski and I am looking at the Eme 800 and Wamiltons superjett 2007. I am mostly riding in flatwater but sometimes in the ocean, which one is better, has anyone driven them. Would be happy for some comments because I live in Sweden and it´s hard for me to come over for a testdrive (and there is alot of money I don´t want to be disappointed)

you really would not be going wrong with either........ I think the Wamiltons built ski may be better for overall riding, the EME is more geared towards competition riding.

I can't see buying one without tring it out first. That's a lot of money, spend a littlle more and fly over here and try them both out. If you can buy one of these ski's you can buy a plane ticket!!!!!!
good luck
both look like really sweeeeeet ski's

I have seen the EME in person..INSANE!!! And expensive.

Aren't Wami hulls just modded stock hulls with all the goodies?? Or does he make a complete ski?

This time of year you should be able to get decently priced airline tickets. For a 15000+ Euro prchase, I would expect that you make that trip to test ride any ski that you are interested in.

buy the eme you wont be dissapointed the eme is a total package that is designed to work together the hull, exhaust, motor, trim system the carbs everything is custom made and designed to work together and work great.

Wamilton skis are very nice but its only improving on a ski, its not full out from the ground up freestyle ski.

the only boats i would consider are an EME or a waterdawg if i had the cash for them they are the only companies doing things different and not just making a superjet mold

What is a waterdawg?
and it dont necesserly need to be a new one. It just seems safer to buy one from a company than from ebay or something. The less money I need to spend the happier I get.

you got to be kidding me right? Wamilton set the standard on Full ON Freestyle Ski's, who do you think built Malones, Lenzi and Rick Roys skis?? His Aftermarket hulls are 2nd to none when it comes to quality.... you dont hear of the hoods not fitting or any of the other problems that you hear about with some of the other builders.... He even has a new design out now that amazingly looks like the new SJ hull design........hmmmmmmmmmm kinda interesting.....

I rode a boat a month ago that he set up with just his motor package, (stock hull), that boat had more power than my TLR prepped motor did with team scream 44's, this boat was using stock 38's....

The EME is going to be a better competition boat because it has been designed exactly for that...... but for everyday riding, you could not go wrong with anything Wamilton set up whether it be an Wammer Hull or and OEM Prepped SJ Hull.......
