Just happened to stumble upon this but had never seen it posted before...looks like a pretty sweet setup and not too bad a price considering how large of a part it is. Nice to see some more blaster love out there.

Anyone seen or used one yet? Reviews?

That price is really not that bad.

I don't think it's that bad for what you get...I mean look at the cost of comparable things

-Rad dudes Frankavalian hood...$1000+ if they are even still available
-701 superfly seat...$450+
-hood gas lifts...$150

Or a sj fixed steer conversion hood for $1500+

Plus it's low profile and lighter than stock and built by the best.

This is the cleanest blaster setup on the market! In person looks even better. Has a shock kit and you never have to remove that stupid seat again. All one assembly. Wammer keeps hitting all the right spots!

I wonder if they have a seat on top of the glass or if the glass is the seat. If ghe glass is ghe seat, i wonder how they attach the pad and cover so clean without staples like a stock seat.

From the version I saw the seat is a cover. That goes over the glass. He had fasteners to attach.

I was asking about the seat because I wanted to make a seat out of fiberglass but don't know how to attach the cover since the OEM staple into plastic method wont work.

This is basically a one piece replacement for the factory hood and seat combo. Seat is a piece of foam similar to underpadding glued down to an indented part of the seat area. Lightweight and more space inside.

Okay, thanks. I had been considering making my fiberglass seat to be covered with 25mm hydroturf padding and then cloth all glued down. I was hoping to make it easier to change the cloth like an OEM seat but had not been able to figure out a good way to do it. Thought maybe they had a creative solution here but I guess not.
