His name on here is "Troublemaker"
He has a thread posted on parting out his ski called "04 superjet partout.. big boy parts ALL MUST GO"

In his thread it says "ok I posted this a while ago to get some interest in the parts.. I've descided to move some parts.. Dibs will be only by PM... The order that I receive them, paypal must be sent promptly after calling dibs or I will move to next person.. All prices are before paypal fees of 3%"

He sent me a PM because I had dibs on the goosepole. He gave me a price of $345 USD shipped for the pole. I sent payment to his paypal of $345 USD. He confirmed payment and thats there it stops. To this day he wont respond to any of my messages or emails. I looked on his profile and he has been active on x-h20 but refuses to respond.

Il be going through paypal right away in order to try to get my money back. Meanwhile has anyone had issues with "troublemaker" like this before?

Yeah I got payment, just can't ship anything with the holiday today. I'll let ya know the tracking number.

So its Oct 10 and still no refund, no pole... nothing. Payment was sent on Sept 5 to Troublemaker.... Wont answer emails, pm's or even phone calls. Love people who make a living out of scamming fellow riders.

I've got an issue with him as well from same thread "big boy parts", I just have not had time to post my complaint yet... I ordered a b-pipe and 2 prok flame arrestors from him and he was asking $550 for pipe and $50 for the flame arrestors. After shipping & insurance and paypal fees he quoted me $640. I paid for them and I had asked him to send me some pics of the pipe to see what kind of shape it was in(which was a mistake, I am at fault on this I assumed the pipe would be in great "used" shape since he was asking $550 for it) However he never sent pics and took close to 3-4 weeks to finally ship becuase his exhaust manifold was with his engine at his builders apparently... Anyway it showed up a week or 2 ago and lets just say I am not too pleased with it. He never mentioned an adjustment screw being seized up/busted and the manifold has been shaved and welded inside and out which he says he didn't know about. So I am not happy with it and ask him for a refund and I would ship back to him or to someone else that he sells it to and he tells me he has spent the money on bills already and can't refund me & won't. He has no $ in his paypal and paypal won't cover me on this because they don't protect you on the "Quality" of goods, only on whether it was shipped or not. I will have to post some pics up to see what others may think but I showed the pipe setup to Matt_E and he didn't think the manifold would last another season or 2. Troublemaker's name is Mike Denius and he says that since the pipe worked great on his 5 mil stroker engine setup that I should not have a problem. I bought a handlepole from him over the winter with no problems so I guess I trusted him to be a good seller but he should not be trusted and like SJ636 says watch out for him, I hope you get your $$$ back, there is nothing else that I can do but bitch and moan about it now. Looks like he is living up to his screen name & pissing more than one person off.

From the same thread, took forever to ship the grips and throttle. Once he did, and lied about when he shipped it and the PM's, it came poorly packaged and was missing one of the locking rings on the grips. Dude sucks, plain and simple.

Just to update. Its now Nov. 24 2009 and still no refund, no package, or response from him. I had a paypal claim that I won as well but he has no money in his paypal account and paypal will not cover me. They say when he gets money in his account then they will try to refund me. They claim his account will be on hold as well until I get my money back, but at the same time that doesn't solve the problem.
