I was VERY skeptical of it. But its an incredible product for the price. You can change your hood seal every year for 4 years and still be ahead. But I think you will get 2+ good years out of these if you dont store your hood latched down tight. Two people I have showed it to both ordered one. Thanks Randy for a amazing product for budget price.

Thanks for the kind words... The hood seal length should be 110" so it will work on Sq nose, Round nose & Polaris Octane. I think the OEM seal is an excellent product, but this is an affordable alternative!

I did not. The surface was prep'd PERFECTLY and mine only has the built-in self adhesive on.

The first one I installed: just did a really good clean-up, wiped out the channel with acetone, & used the peel & stick tape that comes on the product. It is working fine still. (about 6 months)...weekly riding at least.

However, I think Randy would recommend some contact cement as well.

One question... Is the Watcon hand pole spring for the SquareNose stainless? How does it compare to the Blowsion spring? My Blowsion spring rusted up.

Mines well order everything I need at once.

I used contact cement with mine but i imagine that the self adhesive would of worked fine, i just wanted to be sure.

Yep! I traded my wifes seal during the winter......now she's finally ready to ride. You will be pleased. My wifes seal looks like "bacon collar" Ordered and awaiting delivery!
