Watcon International Shipping

I will ship anywhwere... BUT I only ship UPS or DHL, as it takes me over an hour to drive to the Post Ofiice & back..If you need a part from me, often the best solution is to send it to a friend of yours in the USA and have him re-send it to you. I apologize, but there just aren't enough hours in the day to make the trip..

Thanks,
Randy

AMEN!!!

I just got a paypal chargeback because of an item I sold to a guy in France. It wasn't there within 5 days and USPS didn't update the tracking information so he canceled the payment. Now I have no part and no money.

Foreign shipping sucks.

USPS doesn't offer pickups in your area? That is how I ship out all my USPS packages. Just leave them outside my front door, schedule a pickup and they are magically gone the next afternoon when I get home from work.

You should use the online USPS web site or go to a post office that has the new automated mailing machines because you're going to loose at lot of international sales from high shipping prices.

indeed, if you do it online, when the usps mail person comes to your door to drop of the daily junk mail, they will pick up any packages you have for them for free. In fact you get free tracking from online orders. Cant get much better.
cheers

LMAO If we did that over here they would be gone in 5 minutes but UPS wouldn't have them.

Randy at Watcon and I had a bit of issue with UPS when I had stuff shipped from himand he helped me out all the way which I'm sure other venders would too. The trick with ups is that the total Canadian value cannot exceed $25.00 then you are brokarage free and just the tax. I hope this helps others. That are in Canada!! Canada sucks for everything that is after market or OEM.

Manufactuers favorite excuse in Canada is to say there is no demand here for their products that is why we charge 50% more for the same product. Hmmmmmmm Really!!!
This is why I buy everything in the USA even after shipping you still save big and have better options there then you do here.

Shipping.

USPS tracking sucks.. You have to personally ship international packages, as they aren't so lenient after 911, Most USPS employess are grumpy and they don't want to pick up packages at my shop.. They prefer I deliver them to the Post Office.. As a business, you are held to a lerger degree of professionalism and when your package gets lost or is late the customer is usually quick to stop payment or dispute the shipping (just like Aaron).

So, I apologize for the expensive shipping, but No USPS.. I realize that sales are lost, but I try to work with each and every customer to find a good solution.

Sincerely,
Randy

Randy is a great guy and he does add that personal touch to everything he does however a person should look at how it was before the internet.
there is only so much a small business can handle.
Randy rock's.
he is about quality not quantity and if you are as fortunate as me to live on the west coast then you will be appreciative.

You're right about most post office people being grumpy and on the verge of going postal.

If they don't want to pick up the packages at your shop, call the head supervisor and most likely they'll never be late again.

Who cares about tracking numbers, all you need is proof that you shipped the item and if it gets lost it the post office problem not yours.

carrier can cry all they want but if you "click and ship" it must be picked up. international packages can be shipped if you hand it to the carrier as long as it has the proper customs forms, carrier is probably messing with you by telling you that it has to be done in person. call the boss

Shipping anything UPS international is a huge waste of money .
USPS is reliable and just purchase insurance on the item incase it gets lost in the destination country .:fing02:
A crank costs about $100 to ship overseas with USPS INSURED
Same crank at UPS or FEDEX is $275 ...ridiculous
