it's basically a muffler. I dunno about a square, but inside a roundnose waterbox there is basically just a wall inside the middle with two small 1" tubes going through it. It's pretty basic, but you need it for you ski to have backpressure.

I wish i had these when makeing my box,my carbon box is round and my tubes are a little bigger.Im running close to 900cc from my lam so decided to go bigger for testing.Im useing kev/carbon mix with the tubes.Hope these pics help.Pics of my full box will be on my build hopfully soon,and lbs is 1.5 pounds.

o yeah it helps, any more pics of the inside of the out let side of the box, and tell me when you get pics up of your carbon box i would love to see it, i might just go carbon fiber it looks easy to build

U can see them on my build,24-7 7mm lamey backflip build...well its 8mm now.Took me 40+hrs to make it.Its not easy.

It will be $100 bucks for carbon and resin,then u will need mold realease 18 bucks,cut ur stock waterbox and take down sizes and depths.At least 8 1in brushes.And time...I personaly did this for a weight saveings of 1.5 pounds and fun.I recomend u get the wammers semi carbon waterbox.Dont go through what i did...lol
