Here is my progress on my 05 SJ for this weekend....:woot:

Removed all the mats/contact cement.

Removed rubber rail caps/ super glue by sanding.

Marked and cut out for the WCF foot holds. Filed the hole, so they fit snug and perfect. The right side scared me with the exhuast like that...( a very close fit, and this is my first time installing holds)

Thats all I have for now, my time is limited.

Next weekend I will glue/rivit them, than I am on hold until Christmas when I will than get my foam, and biaxial.

I went with black molded diamond for the turf.

Waking up with a cold/flu, I headed to the pharmacy to load up on drugs.

Feeling like ********, I started to make progress, slowly, but surely.

I pre-drilled the holds, and the rail to refoam.

I laid 3 thick beads of 5200 on the hull, than a bead on the hold itself. I rivited the holds in.

Wiped off any excess, and created a nice bead around the entire hold.

I also rivited/5200 the 4 holes which held the dash on...

These things are going nowhere.

I am now on hold until Wednesday when my foam/biaxial will arrive.

Looking good. No worries with the 5200. That stuff will hold.
Those are the footholds I will be using. They look a littel different from the last WCF footholds i had on my square though. I guess they are an upgraded design.

nice! dont forget the girdled head! you dont wanna crack those new cylinders...... also, you should change the 3 b pipe bolts on the flange to OEM yami bolts. the bolts that fpp gives you arent stainless.
