SX/SXi/SXi Pro Water in pump !

I'm doing an overall maintenance on my '99 SxiPro. I removed the pump housing to check bearings and impeller. When I removed the cone it was filled with water... Also when I removed the impeller shaft, the pump housing was also filled with water... Under pressure.

There where no trace of rust or bearing problems. I'm just concern about it.
- Is it normal ?
- What can I do ?

i think i heard somebody say that the 750 sx pump has sealed bearings, infact i heard a guy ran with no pump cone before. was the o-ring in the cone trashed?

Every part are in good shape. I mean, O'rings, Bearings, Shaft... Everything ! That's why I ask if I can (Or have to) do something or let it go that way !
