Super Jet water lines sputtering and spitting. need suggestions

i have a limited 701. dual cooling on a b pipe with R&D pro series head.all has been fine with the build. going on 2 seasons now. last week i noticed my water lines spitting and sputtering. not a solid stream like they should be. of course the engine is hot to the touch which isnt good.i have 3 pissers.the bypass water line from stinger is solid, but not very stong. and the 2 pissers from the head are the ones spitting and sputtering.i have verified all water connections. i actually unhooked the 2 waterlines coming in from the bulkhead and verified good water pressure when the ski is running. so im wondering about the R&D head. if the orings are bad, would it cause this? i dont know of anything else that would cause this. the 2 waterlines from the bulkhead are going into the 2 fittings underneath the b pipe manifold.i have flushed all waterlines out with compressed air and high pressure water to eliminate any clogs.im about to go outside and take the head off. any thoughts?

i believe that is a zinc anode. its for when you ride in salt. it eats that away first, i could be wrong though.

It will take more than a new O-ring to correct the problem. Your cylinder deck and head needs to be lapped flat.
