Water Spots!!!

WOW that came out really good. I was thinking if that was my ski I would have pulled out the buffer. I will have to try that HOT SAUCE. Usually I go a few weeks or months depending what ski I am riding and take it down to the detail shop I work at and go over with a foam pad on a hand held buffer. Now that I will be going to a black ski again I will not be as lucky as to let it go as long. Do you guys just spray the sauce on a wipe off a few moments later or do you need to rub it in as if you were waxing and then rub it off with a clean towel? Looks like a great product!
Just spray and wipe Right away with a microfiber towel. No rubbing needed.

Use a product called "Ducky" it works well. 50/50 mix of water and vinegar will also do the trick.

Don't listen to anyone telling you to use rubbing compound. That is abrasive and will scratch black like crazy unless you follow up with polishing compound. Now keep doing that and you will remove the gelcoat eventually. Water and vinegar is cheap and won't scratch

I use the basic Ducky water spot remover. Works like you described the Hot Sauce -- spray on, wait 10 seconds, wipe off. I first tried vinegar and it didn't touch the spots Ducky took off.

I do regret not buying the Ducky Water Spot plus that includes wax like the Hot Sauce. Didn't see that before ordering.

I will get a bottle of Hot Sauce to try so I can get that glossy goodness without a separate wax afterwards. It's $20 on Amazon Prime so I'm sold... The before/after on that blue Yamaha is incredible.
