Waterbox help

I'm trying to finish off a build this winter I started last summer. I put a pause on the build because I was having issues fitting any waterbox in the front of the ski. I've attached a quick sketch of what I need a waterbox to look like to get it in the ski. The entry and exit tubes need to be low so the waterbox can sit up a little higher.

Im not opposed to building a box from scratch or modifying something. Can anyone point me in the right direction for building a box from scratch or a box I could modify.

I'll post a picture soon of a couple boxes in the ski and how the exhaust chamber currently lines up with them. I'm running a 701 at the moment.

Look at the stock box , copy the baffle design, put your tubes in the stop you want them. Go to a shop that fabricates and have it made or cut out the pieces yourself and bring it to a welder.

Remember that the stock box holds water because the tubes are in the top. Once you lower the tubes, the box will hold water different.

If you want a custlm box, you woll just have to start with looking at the stocker and use your best judgement, or pay someone a bunch to custom design one for you like xmetal. Id just try to find a box that fits or cut out the metal yourself and bring it to a welder. I got my sheet metal cheap local and the tubing on ebay. I cut it out with my wood tools, table saw, mider saw, etc. Havent ran it yet though.

Alright thanks. I'm gonna purchase a stocker and see how close it is to fitting. I don't weld, but all the other fabrication that goes into it should be easy. I usually buy materials off mcmaster.

you could just sell what you have and snag an xscream box. they have a 45 on the left (to the pipe) and a 90 on the right, fit perfectly for me
