What kind? There are tons of different designs on the inside. I may have a SN box that I blew up that shows the baffles. The TDR goes in the side, down the bottom and around the sides and out the top. The SN Factory Pipe waterbox is completely open with a small piece of metal blocking a direct flow from the inlet on the side to the outlet on top.

I would like to see any of them on the inside. I am sure they have been over thought like everything else out there. Just can't seem to find a picture of one. I guess I will have to find one and cut it open to see what's in there.

I just stuck a FX1 waterbox in the trash. Backfire blew most of the side out. I thought about cutting it open but its a messy ordeal with fiberglass everywhere. I didn't care enough to look, but I thought about it.
I didn't put it on the curb though so if anyone is dying to know I guess I can dig it out.

Since nobody seems to have a pic of one....... here ya go: Note they make great mousetraps and this is out of a blaster, exhaust come in through the bottom tube on the right and exits through the blown off lid on the right. The exit tube stretched down to nearly the bottom of the box to suck water too.

So to summarize and correct me if I am wrong..... The exhaust enters the top of one side of the chamber into a void. The chambers are connected via a vent tube. The exhaust exit has a down pipe that is close to the bottom of the void to also act as a siphon to pull water out of the box. Is that fairly accurate? I drew a rather dumpy drawing to illustrate what I am asking.

according to the blaster waterbox you are very close, to duplicate it: the in pipe travels through chamber b dumping in chamber a and the out pipe exits through the top of chamber b
