Complete Dasa 1000cc billet engine

thanks Pat! coming from you...it means a whole lot!:woot:

the top deck is our new design that features the wider tray, wider engine bay ,raised hood seal and the added body lines.

Its kinda funny how the "build off" got me into building these fancy machines

WOW, nice cases!!!! are those billet?

can you explain the bladder system.. sounds interesting

well, I'm going to foam and glass the gunwale areas of the top deck and leave the bottom deck without foam but very well sealed thus keeping an air pocket present . If water does find its way in, then it will come out thru the rear drain plugs .

This is an idea I got from these boards. it's amazing what you can still learn here!

ha ha... so funny, I actually did the same thing to one of your top decks for a guy here in Orlando.. capped them before we glued it together.. worked out really good

Now here's a first...were going to install double footholds on the left side area. I think this is going to make riding surf style so much better!!:Banane01:
