beautiful work steve!

I do have a question though.....Why do you have 4 cooling outlets off the head when they just converge into 1 per side...doesnt that defeat the purpose??

the dasa cylinder comes with 4 head cooling fittings because of the water jacket design.

just curious why are you using the b- pipe , instead of the powerfactor?
Did you not like it??, i seen you used it in your last build
I love the PFP pipe, but the customer requested it because he wanted to keep the OEM gas tank fuel capacity and also keep the noise level way down due to strict noise ordinances in his area.

Looks great Steve, what is the layup schedule that you use, and what kind of resin?

:pancake:

Seriously, looks great... Hopefully I get to test ride it...

I watertested it yesterday and all I can say is :):):):)ing "amazing"!! This is the strongest motor I have ever built/rode , only second to the EME 1000. The power is instant and ridiculous! the ski actually pulled out of my hands twice from just hitting the throttle from idle!:splatt:

I wanna thanks Dasa for some sick power and serious bling!

and also Full spec carbs...I will be using these from now on! All I had to do is just adjust the idle and they were spot on perfect!

Sweet, that was a 10MM right?

I still call that the "base" motor. Life doesn't begin until you stroke these motors 10MM. haha

I like it.

lets do it brow, and we also bring Josh's 1000cc with the same set up, will be nice:brap:

That would be great Lucas, let's set it up. My motor is sick, but Lucas with TL & PFP is crazy.....

I'm ready, mine still needs a bigger prop...
