It doesn't have to be. That is why the holes in the bedplates are so much larger than the bolts themselves.... for adjustment.

got to ride the ski this weekend and holy crapp!! this thing rips! Definitly the hardess hitting 5mm I've ever ridden. The hull really grips in turns and jumps out easily as expected. I would say it is a very different ride than the older version.

it's like the o8 sj but much lighter and nimble!!:biggrin: A very different ride than the older sj and you have to get used to it. it doesn't slip much if any so it makes hood trick a bit challenging
