wow!...thats not cool:frown:

Neither is not shipping parts, not answering phones, etc.
You'd think that after this many years revolutionizing the Jetski world, he could have figured the customer service end of things out, no?
I realize 98 out of 100 people never have problems.
It's the 2 that have to wait for months, if not years, that bother me.

But hey, what do I know. I just work here.

hat makes it ok for you to to call him a meth head on the internet

I realize I am boldly blazing the trail here calling someone something on the Internet. I am quite the pioneer.

Working on it.

that was a useless comment
Not nearly as useless as Jeff's shipping guy.

So, just to clear things up for the more sensitive board members: I have no proof that Jeff Curry is a meth head.
I have conclusive proof, however, that he sucks at customer service.

Happy?

find one of the old ones (if you can) and put a eme chamber on it. you will get it faster, cheaper and the chances are it will hit harder than the one he's dreaming about.

I know of two that exist and both worked well :beerchug: One on a 927 and the other was run on a 1200

I had talked to Jeff at length about the pipes and we both think the baxter pipe will work better on the 927 motors than his 1200 pipe

Thanks for the help. I just wonder what has happened to him. It has been a month or so since he last called me. Now no response back. I guess I will just have to wait for it. I have his wet pipe and I am riding every week. I just thought we would all have the new pipe by now.

Your numbers are a little on the conservative side in my opinion

Hey Matt, Shouldn't it be 98 out of 100 people have problems with WDK.

If he only had 2 per 100 then you would never hear anything wrong.

It funny because waterloser use to get all the "high paying" guys there stuff but the poor bastard that bought a hood or footholds would wait forever. Now waterloser got smart and is sending out the small stuff but screwing the big orders.

wow,you guys REALLY love this :):):):) huh. where are your bags of popcorn?

It repeats itself over and over and over, ever since he first started. Promises have been made and broken many times. It's nothing new and not surprising. The problems mentioned in this thread (and many others before it) have come to be expected when dealing with WDK, however small of a percentage they may be.
Certain companies have certain reputations. Some people bitch about some company's shipping cost, messing up of orders, price of product, etc.
And yet, only WDK has a persistent reputation of not delivering on time, not delivering at all, lying to customers, not answering phones or emails at all. Why is it that no other company is known for that?
I might have believed the "conspiracy" angle after the first couple of issues. In the early days, Sub did much to discredit WDK critics by being the most fervent one.
However, after hearing/reading it over and over and over, I wonder if there really is a systematic problem here with WDK. Hummm, I don't know that there is enough evidence yet to support this conclusion.

I have a question: Why does discussing this issue upset you?

EDIT: I should add this: I am happy for all his customers that are satisfied with his products. I myself have WDK footholds on my ski that I like. I am not dogging his products. He offers relatively low-priced alternatives in a world of expensive jetski parts. I think you get what you pay for, at a pretty big risk, but that's to be expected.
