Does anyone know if waterdawg kustomz still in business? In early February I sent an email regarding purchasing some of their products and I left a few phone messages on both phone numbers listed on their site. I have subsequently fired off two more emails this month and left another phone message. To date I've gotten zero response, but their website is on. Just curious if anyone knows whats up. Seems odd they don't want to sell anything if they're still in business. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for posting replies. I did a search for WDK on here and pwctoday. After reading a tremendous amount of negative posts regarding this companies business practices, I feel lucky they never responded and that they don't have any of my money. The prices are luring, but I'd rather pay a higher price from a reputable company. Customer service certainly adds value.

Perhaps a good option would be board member 615 Freeride. He gets products from WDK directly and ships without hassle if he has the product in stock.

I sent them an email the other day asking about price an weight of a hull. Had a response within 15 minutes. Then replied saying that I was buying one an if the "lifetime warranty" applied to only the original owner. Been a few days with no response.lol

Blowsion may be a little high on some of their parts but they have fast shipping, quick responses, and are always more than willing to answer question over the phone. I'm willing to pay the extra for great customer support. Just my .02

I have bought a bunch of stuff from Jeff recently. All have been good dealings. I haven't had a response from him in the last 7 days or so, but I put that down to him being busy etc...

I just had my first experience with WDK. I was looking to do footholds and during my quick search it looked like the Revs and figured they were the way to go so I ordered a pair on line. As I continued to search for install threads I found all the negative feedback and started to worry. The site says 20 in stock and they ship the same day. This was in Feb. I ordered on Thursday the 3rd. Emailed on Monday the 7th to see if I could find out when I would get them. He said they would ship that day and I would have them Thursday the 10th. Monday the 14th rolled around and I still didn't have them so I tried to email and call with no response. He shiped them Monday the 14th and I got them on the 18th. Thats a long shot from same day shipping but not a big deal to me.

My buddy wanted to do footholds to so I told him to get the revs. I told him it would probably take 2-3 weeks and he would probably have to call him several times but I liked them and thought he would too. 3 weeks passed so he finally called. Jeff told him the package was returned back to him because the shipping address only listed the city. no state or address. My buddy asked why he didn't call or use the credit address that he used to charge him. No response to that he just said he would ship it out that day. This was yesterday so we will see. I find it funny he expects him to believe he put a shipping lable on the box and a shipping company tried to ship it with only a city...

I saw all the problems others have had with custom parts but I figured footholds wouldn't be a big deal. He would get them... not shipped in the time frame stated on the site but he would get them. After all the bad feedback, particulary about him being dishonnest I won't reccomend or buy from him again.

I do like my revs though and can't wait to ride again. Summers are way too short in CO!
