Anyone on here in contact with Jeff at WDK?

i ordered a razr hood from him two weeks ago , but since then i cant contact him? tried ringing, and also tried emailing. no response from either?

Any help appreciated.

You ordered from the wrong company if you are in a hurry. Do a quick search on here. You will see. Waterdawg products could take anywhere from a week to a year to be delivered. You roll the dice with ordering from them. Good luck!!

he actually runs a real job main job out of the shop the ski portion is a hobby.
i have had no issues with the guy. nice stuff

Hopefully his "real job main job" customers are satisfied with his performance. Isn't Jeff a machinist by trade? I know another Jet Ski enthusiast in Clearwater, FL that is a machinist by trade and a Pro Rider.

If it's just a hobby, why does he have a website, numerous products, employees, etc.???? Sounds like a business to me. :dunno:

Don't worry it will show up eventually!! He is consistently out of contact and does not answer phone or email. That is the norm not the exception. No shock there. Just don't count on it arriving today.

im waiting for the hood to arrive so i can get the ski to paint! The longer i wait for the hood to arrive, the longer i dont have a ski!

Cancel payment and get a hold of water craft factor factory. I have one of WDK hood in my basement and don't think I would use that thing on a ski. The quality is just not there. IMO

Next time just do a search here on the company before you buy and you will know exactly what to expect. I picked up this same hood from WDK, I love it but it took me 3 weeks to get it, which was fine becuase I expected and I wasn't in a hurry. Thats 3 weeks within the states, so going to the UK you can expect to wait at least twice as long with it going through customs.

Id heard stories before, but when i emailed, i got a reply straight away, phoned and he answered promptly, now the deals done, i cant get contact with them! bummer.

like i said, ill leave it until the end of the week. if i dont hear anything back, then ill go through my credit card.
