My point I guess positive or negative you shouldn't wave the flag of anybody unless you actually have experience with the particular company or individual, you wouldn't give advice on how to re-build a carb or motor if you have never done it so why just trash somebody because somebody else is, that is what I ment by point proven 2 examples of guys giving advice when they haven't experienced dealing with the guy. All of WDK products I have I'll never sell until I swap hulls but I'll never ever sell his steering system is stuff is great, I've also don't have the problems everybody else seems to, I'll call him leave a voicemail and he calls back. With his reputation sure I'll be a little careful with him when or if I order a Rok from him but that's all you can do, when ever you deal with anybody from Art to Xmetal always cover your ass, if you don't it's kinda half your fault, especially with the protection paypal and credit cards offer
His site belongs in a graveyard, the only way he has it is for his email I would guess lol

there are many people waving flags that have first hand experience with him, you just are acting blind to it and rather point out the others that feel for the ones who really spent some money and didn't get anything in return. i hope you do order a rok, but i don't think your pockets are big enough to take that kind of risk...

just to let you guys know,i have never ordered from wdk.i was gonna call and order the lowered hood and nose piece cause its only $399.but this thread has scared me off totally.there are people whining about why people are posting about wdk and have never done business wth him.i do not need a sour transaction to help me decide whether or not to do business with somone.if someone goes to a car mechanic and totally gets screwd out of $2500,would you go to the same mechanic?even if you havent had one transaction with them?....NO! you would heed warning,common sense would kick in (i hope) and you would go fnd another mechanic.its pretty simple.i do like the look of the hood,and if i could get him to ship cash on delivery,i would go for it.

85% of my buisness is word of mouth If I screw over one client.They will tell their friends and family Not to call my Plumbing Co so I would loose a bunch of clients.
Thats whats going on here Bad raps follow you for a long time .My clients dont have a clue about plumbing but do know when they are getting Screwed.
Waterthief has been doing this for a long time.Keeping a few clients happy and screwing over prob the same amount.
I do have first hand experience with this.Selling 90% of a motor then never delivering the rest leaving people to scramble to figure out how to finish it off.
I'm surprized no one has him arrested or paid for a flight to handle it the old way with good azz kickin.
If you are a supporter and have good dealings with him great Just remember if you handle snakes you will get bit Not IF but When.

And plenty of people have had dealings with him over the years. That's where his reputation comes from.
As long as it stays civil, it won't get locked. If past WDK threads are any indication, however, this WILL end up getting locked.
Ya, I understand, I've got no problem with guys bashing jeff who have issues with him, it's the guys that have never delt with him calling him waterjunk or what ever it's just dumb.... For the record this is my first WDK thread I haven't just watched
I think those guys are commenting because they have seen the drama with him over the years and have avoided him because of that.

Most of the guys that you are talking about have been around a long time and have seen a lot of others get taken. If they speak up (despite not having dealt with him), it's probably to prevent others from getting taken.
