those things are bullys. they stand eye level tall and they have a 5 inch shank for a beak. really ornery when they have their chilren around.

These are the Midwest version, just as ornery but only about 4 feet tall. They are everywhere but this one is extra annoying. Comes back every morning and does the same thing.
